Getting started
What is WeddedWay?
WeddedWay is a wedding planning platform for couples. You get a dashboard to manage guests, RSVPs, seating, budget, and more — plus a beautiful wedding website for guests at yourname.wedded.me.
How do I create my wedding site?
Add your names and wedding date, and pick a website address. You'll land on a short setup guide to shape your wedding — skippable anytime, about five minutes. Sign up free
How long does setup take?
Most couples are live in under two minutes. You can add guests, write your first news post, and share your link whenever you're ready — there's no required order.
For couples
What link do I share with guests?
Guests visit your wedding website at your chosen address on wedded.me — for example, sarahandjames.wedded.me. You can copy this from your dashboard.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, on the Unlimited plan. Every wedding also gets a free address on wedded.me (for example, sarahandjames.wedded.me), and that address keeps working either way.
What's the difference between the dashboard and the guest website?
The dashboard at app.weddedway.com is where you plan — guests, RSVPs, seating, budget, and settings. The guest website is what friends and family see: RSVP, news, photos, travel info, and your story.
Can my partner help manage the wedding?
Yes. From Wedding details in your dashboard, invite your partner by email. They'll get a link to create an account or log in, then full admin access to the same wedding. Open your dashboard
For guests
How do guests RSVP?
Share your wedding website link. Guests enter the invitation code from their invite (or save-the-date), then complete the RSVP form. They can update their answer later by logging back in with the same code.
Do guests need to create a full account?
No. Guests use their invitation code to register and RSVP. They don't need a separate WeddedWay account unless they want to manage a household or upload photos.
Where do guests find their invitation code?
You create invitation codes in your dashboard and share them on physical invites, emails, or save-the-dates. Each code can be for one guest or a household.
Pricing & billing
How much does WeddedWay cost?
WeddedWay is free for weddings of up to 50 guests, and that includes real RSVPs, the guest list, budget and seating plan — not just the website. Unlimited is a single one-off payment that removes the guest limit and adds a few extras. There is never a subscription. See current pricing
Will there be paid plans later?
No. The free plan is free for good, and Unlimited is a one-off payment rather than a subscription. Your wedding site does not expire and we will not switch it off.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. You can create your wedding site, invite up to 50 guests and collect real RSVPs without entering payment details. You only pay if you choose Unlimited.
Can I get a refund?
There is nothing to pay on the free plan. Refund terms for the one-off Unlimited payment are explained in our Terms of Service.
Privacy & data
Is our wedding site private?
Your guest website is only available to people with the link and invitation code — it is not listed in search engines. Couples control who receives codes and the link.
Is WeddedWay GDPR compliant?
We provide policies designed for UK and EU users. Couples are responsible for telling their guests how guest data is used. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Account settings let you permanently delete your login. If you're the only organiser for a wedding, you'll need to delete the wedding or add another organiser first.
