Gifts, money links and emailing your guests

Gifts live under Website, with Guest photos. Emailing people is under Guests.

Gift ideas

Open Gift ideas.

1. Choose Add gift.
2. Add a Gift name and a Shop link. Import can fill in details from that link.
3. Price hint is optional. Choose Add description if you want a Description.
4. Save.

Guests see these under Gifts on their wedding page, if you've added any. If the list is empty, they simply don't have gift ideas to browse.

Money links

Open Money links. This is a link you already have, such as a honeymoon fund. Guests open that link from Gifts.

1. Choose Add money link.
2. Add a Title and the Payment link.
3. Add a Note for guests if you want one.
4. Save.

A message in your own words

Open Guest message. Write the Message you'd like next to the gifts, then Save now. The note also saves when you leave the field.

Email guests

Open Email guests under Guests. This sends an email. It does not post the message on their wedding page. For something that should stay on the website, add a guest update as well, or instead.

We only email guests who are coming and have a real email address. Anyone without one is left out of the send. The page tells you how many addresses are missing.

1. Under Write your email, choose All attending guests, or Choose guests by tag for a smaller group.
2. Write the Subject and Message. You can Add a button to the email and pick where Link to should go.
3. Send a test to yourself first with Send test email. The test is the same email your guests will get.
4. Choose Review & send, then confirm Ready to send?

View recipients shows who is included before you send.
