Introduction

Replies land on the Guest list under Your guests. There isn't a separate replies page. A person shows as Awaiting reply, Attending or Not attending.

Open a row to change their reply, Dietary requirements, tags or private notes. Changes stay on the form until you choose Save.

What guests are asked

Open Guest form. It isn't in the menu, so type Guest form into Find a tool… (on a phone, Find). Once replies come in, you can also open Reply deadline and settings on the Guest list and choose Go to guest form. Guests always enter an invitation code, say whether they're coming, and give their name. Guests who are coming also set an email and password so they can come back later. Guests who choose Sorry, I can't make it only send the code and their name — no account, and no dietary questions or plus-ones on that path.

You can turn other questions on or off for guests who are coming, including Dietary requirements, A message for you, and Anyone else coming with you? Choose Add a question for something of your own, then Save. Preview guest form opens What guests see in the same layout guests use to reply. It is preview only — you cannot send a real reply from it.

Meal choice and Need a place to stay are follow-ups. You manage those on Meals and Accommodation, not as extra questions on the first reply. Guests only see them after you've turned them on, and they answer from their wedding page rather than on the first form.

Set a reply deadline from Reply deadline and settings on the guest list when you want one. It appears on your website and stops new people registering after that date. Someone who already has an account can still update their reply until you close replies.

Download the list

On Guest list, choose Export, then CSV (replies, meals, diet). The file matches the filter you're looking at, so Attending exports the people in that view, including meal choices and dietary notes.

What to do next

When replies are in, plan seating for the people who are coming.
