Introduction

Under Your day, open Schedule. Each row is an occasion, such as the ceremony or the reception.

Add an occasion

When the schedule is empty, the page says Add the first occasion.

Choose Add occasion. That opens Add to the schedule. Pick one of the usual moments, or Start blank, then add a name, date, start and end time, and a location. Add a location first if you haven't. You can't save an occasion without a time. Usual moments come with suggested times, which you can change afterwards.

Until you add a time, an occasion shows Time not set — add a time. On your guests' page for the day, those say Time to be confirmed.

Check every occasion has a time before you copy an invitation from Invites, so guests aren't sent a schedule with blanks you meant to fill.

Occasions can sit on different dates. A welcome drinks the night before does not have to share the wedding date. The wedding date shows at the top of Home. To change it, type Wedding dates into Find a tool… (on a phone, Find).

What to do next

When the times are real, publish the website and tell guests if something has changed. A guest update or an email both work. An update waits on the website. An email arrives in their inbox.
