Guest updates

Introduction

Under Your pages, open Guest updates. These are messages guests see after they log in. They are not an email, and they are not on the public first page.

Add an update

  1. Choose Add update.
  2. Start from an example, or Write from scratch.
  3. Add a Title, an optional Short summary, and the Full message.
  4. Tick Published (visible to guests after they log in) when it should appear. Leave it unticked to keep a draft only you can see.
  5. Choose Save.

A row shows Published or Draft. Remove update deletes one you no longer want.

What to do next

To send the same news to people's inboxes, use Email. An update waits on the website. An email arrives in their inbox.
